摘要: 为研究滚珠丝杠的性能退化趋势,准确预测丝杠寿命,提出了基于多变量灰色模型的丝杠寿命预测系统。在滚珠丝杠副的不同位置安装3个加速度传感器,实时监测丝杠性能在不同加工条件下的变化趋势。通过模态分解方法分解选择对丝杠性能退化最敏感的特征参数,利用多变量灰色模型建立丝杠寿命与切削三要素、信号特征值的非线性映射关系,最终构建了基于多变量灰色模型的丝杠寿命预测模型,实现了对丝杠剩余寿命的有效评估。试验结果表明,所建立的丝杠性能退化模型能够有效预测丝杠的剩余寿命。

Abstract: To study performance degradation trend and predict remaining life of ball screw, an original on-line life prediction system based on multi-variable grey model was proposed. Three acceleration sensors were installed on different places of the screw pair so that the real-time monitoring on changing trends of screw performance under different machining conditions was realized. Most sensitive characteristic parameters were extracted by empirical mode decomposition, and the non-linear mapping relationships among screw life, the three cutting elements and signal features was established by multi-variable grey model, finally life prediction model of the screw based on multi-variable grey model was set up to realize evaluation of remaining life of the screw effectively.Experimental results showed that life prediction model of the screw could effectively predict the remaining life of the screw.
