Abstract: Aiming at disconnection between assembly data management and process management in workshops, according to analysis on the characteristics of the process and data in discrete assembly enterprises, an integration management method of process and data based on the data-process interaction model was put forward. Through establishing dynamic mapping relationships between assembly data and assembly activities, interactions between assembly process and assembly data were described. Finally theoretical structure and data structure based on data-process interaction model were presented. At present, the prototype system was applied in factories with satisfactory application results.
