摘要: 为达到大规模定制对产品服务系统的产品配置要求,完成产品服务系统中整体产品的快速准确配置,提出一种基于本体的模块化建模和配置方式。在面向配置的整体产品建模中,对服务要素采用可达矩阵方法进行模块划分。为提高配置模型的共享性和重用性,提出产品服务系统的产品配置元本体,采用网络本体语言形式化产品服务系统产品配置的结构知识,采用语义网规则语言和Java专家系统外壳程序编码约束知识,使用Java专家系统外壳推理机执行推理过程,产生配置结果。以汽车产品服务系统的整体产品配置为例说明了该模型的有效性。

Abstract: To satisfy product configuration requirements of Product Service System(PSS)under mass customization, and realize quick & accurate product configuration, an ontology-based modular modeling and configuration method was proposed. In configuration-oriented total product modeling, reachable matrix was adopted to modularize service elements to support configuration process. A meta-ontology of total product configuration in PSS was set up to facilitate the sharing and reuse of the model. For total product configuration in a specific PSS, structural knowledge inheriting from meta-ontology was formalized in Ontology Web Language(OWL). Constraints of total product configuration and customer requirement were formalized in Semantic Web Rule Language(SWRL)and Java Expert System Shell(JESS)programs. Finally, effectiveness of the proposed approach was demonstrated by an example of vehicle total product configuration.
