摘要: 在分析制造企业循环取货物流运作流程的基础上,提出制造企业循环取货物流能力主要取决于制造企业物流能力、供应商物流能力、第三方物流公司物流能力、集拼中心物流能力四个方面节点能力,并分别给出各个节点的子能力指标,构造循环取货物流能力指标体系。结合层次分析理论和模糊综合评价理论,建立制造企业循环取货物流能力模糊综合评价模型。以某汽车企业零部件循环取货为例,对其物流能力进行评估。实例分析结果表明了所建立的指标体系及评估模型的可行性。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of its operation processes, Milk-Run logistics capability of manufacturing enterprises was largely depended on logistics capability of manufacturing enterprises, of suppliers, of the third party, of the hub. The sub-capabilities indexes for four node capabilities were provided, and the index system of Milk-Run logistics capability was established. Then by combining analytic hierarchy process theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model on Milk-Run logistics capability of manufacturing enterprises was presented. Finally, the model was applied in evaluating Milk-Run logistics capability of parts of automobile manufacturing enterprises. Results of experiment analysis demonstrated that the proposed index system and evaluation model was feasible and effective.
