基于人工免疫改进算法的稳健产品平台模块划分

摘要: 针对产品平台设计中的产品模块划分问题,引入稳健设计思想,指出稳健产品平台模块划分就是使产品平台模块划分结果对不可控的客户需求变化不敏感。基于零部件关联度矩阵和表征客户偏好的功能贡献度矩阵,构建了稳健产品平台设计中的准则函数和噪声函数。通过疫苗接种策略改进传统人工免疫算法,对模块划分问题进行多目标优化求解。以多目标优化问题中的非支配解为疫苗,依照二进制基因位选取机制对子代注入疫苗,从而提高子代获得优良基因的概率。该方法在某型号动车组车厢产品模块划分中进行应用,并与几种传统的多目标优化算法进行比较,结果验证了方法的有效性和优越性。

Abstract: For module division problem of product platform design,the robust product module division was proposed by introducing the robust design idea.Through the components-correlation matrix and function-contribution matrix,the criterion function and noise function in robust product platform design was constructed.The traditional artificial immune algorithm was improved with vaccine inoculation strategy,which was used to solve the problems in multi-objective optimization.Non-dominated set in multi-objective optimization problem was taken as the vaccine to inject into offspring according to the binary gene selection mechanism,which could increase the probability of obtaining good genes for offspring.The application examples of product module division in some railway carriages were given to verify the validity and superiority of proposed method by comparing to several traditional multi-objective optimization algorithms.
