摘要: 为更好地支持产品个性化设计,提出了一种基于有序树的产品快速配置设计方法。阐述了模板要素、实例要素和产品配置模板的概念,建立了产品配置有序树模型,并形成了创建产品配置模板的一般步骤;分析了产品配置模型的求解过程,根据其特点建立了产品配置过程有序树模型,并基于此创建了产品配置过程重用方法和三种基本操作;以产品配置模板和产品配置过程模型为基础,分析并建立了产品快速配置设计的一般流程和具体步骤;开发了计算机辅助的基于有序树的产品快速配置设计系统。

Abstract: To support individualized product design, an approach to product configuration design based on ordered-tree was proposed. Firstly, template component, case component and product configuration template were defined. The ordered-tree model of product configuration was established and general process of establishing product configuration template was generated. Secondly, solution process of product configuration model was analyzed, and then the ordered-tree model of product configuration process was constructed. The method and three basic operations for product configuration process reuse were constituted based on the model. Thirdly, general implementation process and concrete steps of rapid product configuration design were analyzed and put forward according to product configuration template and product configuration process model. Lastly, computer-aided software system of rapid product configuration design based on ordered-tree was developed.
