摘要: 针对定性定量系统故障诊断的问题,提出了基于模糊因果导向图的知识获取技术的定性定量故障诊断平台。研究了基于模糊因果导向图的知识获取技术的定性定量故障诊断平台体系结构。深入研究了定性定量故障诊断平台所包含的知识处理方法等关键技术,包括采用基于模糊因果导向图的知识获取技术进行故障诊断知识的采集和捕获,基于定性知识和定量模型的调度框架技术实现定性定量故障诊断系统的运行,并通过定性定量交互接口方法进行数据交互。通过在某航天器定量定性故障诊断中的应用,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To solve the issue of fault diagnosis in qualitative & quantitative system, qualitative & quantitative fault diagnosis platform of knowledge acquisition technique based on fuzzy causal directed graph was proposed. Firstly, the architecture of the qualitative & quantitative fault diagnosis platform based on this kind of knowledge acquisition technique was studied. Secondly, key technologies such as the knowledge handling methods of the platform were studied in particular, including the knowledge acquisition technique based on fuzzy causal directed graph to collect and capture the fault diagnosis knowledge, the combined solution frame of the qualitative knowledge and quantitative models to implement the fault diagnosis system, and the data interactive interface method of the qualitative & quantitative system to achieve the data exchange. Finally, application example demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed method.
