摘要: 在分析以往维护、维修和大修信息支撑技术方案弊端的基础上,针对维护、维修和大修业务模式特点,借鉴面向服务的架构、语义Web服务及业务流程管理等相关标准、技术,建立了面向钢铁连铸设备维护、维修和大修的企业语义集成及业务协同平台,并深入研究了平台中维护、维修和大修知识层本体模型的构建,探讨了业务流程服务协同执行框架和基于本体映射的企业语义集成算法等平台实现的关键技术。结合面向钢铁连铸设备维护、维修和大修业务流程实例中的应用场景给出了原型示例。

Abstract: By analysing shortcomings of previous information systems for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul/Operations (MRO) and in view of the characteristics of MRO, the MRO-oriented semantic integration and business collaboration platform was constructed by borrowing standards and techniques, like Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)、semantic Web and business process management, etc. The ontology model in MRO knowledge layer of the platform was studied deeply, and the key techniques, including the collaboration and implementation framework of business process services and ontology-mapping-based enterprise semantic integration, were discussed. Finally, a prototype for the steel continuous casting equipment MRO was presented.
