摘要: 为实现物料清单的高效配置和有效管理,在研究物料清单在产品生命周期的形成和演变规律的基础上,根据物料清单的拓展概念,提出了物料清单知识体的理念,建立了基于知识工程的物料清单管理的信息模型,并给出了高效实用的物料清单配置模型和物料清单的多视图演化模型,进而完成物料清单管理系统的开发。通过在数家制造企业的实施应用,验证了该系统的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: To realize highly effective configuration and management for Bill of Material (BOM), based on the BOM evolution rules in the product life cycle, the concept of Knowledgebody based on BOM (KBOM) was proposed according to the extension of BOM. The information model for BOM management was constructed based on Knowledge Engineering (KE). The efficient and practical models for BOM configuration and BOM multi-view evolution were provided so as to realize system development for BOM management. The practical application revealed that the system was effective and feasible with satisfactory application results.
