摘要: 面向订单的设计往往会遇到非标问题,其产生的非标结构单元难以通过配置设计解决,影响了产品设计效率。为此,提出一种非标结构单元向产品设计结构物料清单层次转化的技术。给出了非标结构单元层次转化设计模型,该模型与产品配置设计集成,采用历史设计单元匹配、相似设计单元搜索和物料匹配与自成,实现配置设计中非标结构单元设计的层次转化。将该方法应用到电梯产品订单设计中,有效地提高了产品设计效率,对提高产品配置的正确率并优化产品质量具有重要意义。

Abstract: Order configuration design often meet with non-standard problems. The non-standard structure units couldnt be solved by configuration design so that design efficiency was affected. To tackle this problem, a technology was put forward to transform non-standard structure units to product design Bill of Material(BOM). Hierarchical design model for non-standard structure units was presented. By integrating with product configuration design, hierarchical transformation of non-standard structure units in configuration design was realized by adopting historical design unit matching, similar design elements searching, material matching and automatic generation. The technology was applied in clients'order design of elevator. It remarkably improved the design efficiency, increased correct ratio of configuration design and optimized the product quality.
