摘要: 为提高产品创新效率,提出了基于发明问题解决理论的客户协同产品创新设计方法。定义了客户知识生命周期和客户知识产品化的概念,建立了面向客户知识利用的协同产品创新框架。对所提出的基于发明问题解决理论的客户协同创新方法进行了研究。最后,建立了基于发明问题解决理论的客户协同创新设计原型系统,并以摩托车车架的创新设计过程为例讨论了所提方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract: To improve product innovation efficiency, a customer collaborative product innovation design method based on theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) theory was proposed. Based on the definitions of Customer Knowledge Lifecycle (CKL) and Customer Knowledge Production (CKP), a collaborative product innovation framework oriented to customer knowledge utilization was proposed. The proposed TRIZ-based customer collaborative innovation method was studied in detail. Finally, a TRIZ-based customer collaborative innovation prototype system was developed to illustrate the correctness and feasibility in a motorcycle frame design.
