摘要: 为更有效地提升知识工人的工作效率,发展协同应用系统的情境感知能力,理解用户的特定协同环境与需求,从而更智能地为用户提供服务,讨论了以协同用户为中心的情境要素,以及基于本体的形式化建模。在此基础上定义了两个关键的语义指标,来测度情境信息的粒度和关联性,为建立情境感知的协同应用系统提供了基础,同时给出了一个基于情境感知的预发式资源推荐方法,以表明情境模型的可用性。

Abstract: To improve the working efficiency of knowledge workers, collaboration system should be context-sensitive, which meant to understand the users diversified collaboration environment and needs, thus to be able to provide more intelligent service for users. The collaborative-customer-centered context factor and ontology-based formal modeling were discussed. Then, two critical semantic indexes were defined to measure context granularity and association, which provided basis for context-sensitive collaboration application system. In addition, a context-sensitive proactive resource recommendation method was proposed to demonstrate the applicability of the context model.
