人机接触面形态设计的数据映射模型

摘要: 针对产品人机接触面形态设计的复杂性,基于人机接触压力分布实验数据,建立了从实验数据到接触曲面形态的映射模型。采用能量优化的方法进行曲面造型,并通过对压力分布图的优化来产生高质量的曲面人机性能。叙述了映射模型构建的技术路线与实验方法,通过座椅曲面的形态设计对映射模型进行了应用验证,结果表明,该模型在曲面人机工程设计方面有巨大的潜力和广阔前景。

Abstract: Considering the complexity of human-product contacting interface design, a data mapping model was established to convert the experimental data to surface shapes based on the pressure distribution map. Energy optimization method was applied to conduct surface modeling, and high quality contacting surface was generated by optimizing the pressure distribution maps. Technical plans of the mapping model constructing and experiment methods were discussed. The model was tested in a seat design example. Results revealed that the method had great potential and prospect in surface design of ergonomics.
