摘要: 为有效促进产品生产和消费的可持续性,从产品/服务集成角度进行总体方案的设计与优选。分析了面向生命周期的完整产品总体设计方案的内涵,建立了定量定性相结合的综合评价体系。为保证定量指标评价的客观性与解决定性指标评价的模糊性,在决策过程中,分别运用信息熵与模糊层次分析法确定其权重。方案定量指标评价值直接由指标数值规范化得到,定性评价值则利用群决策方法确定,最后基于逼近理想解排序方法,实现方案的排序与优选。该方法应用于水平定向钻机完整产品九种不同总体设计方案的决策,考虑设计与决策过程的不确定或模糊性,分析了不同群决策算子及决策风险对方案评价的影响。结果表明,该方法对完整产品总体设计方案决策具有适用性。

Abstract: In order to promote sustainable development of production and consumption, overall scheme was designed and optimized by view of production/service integration. Connotations of decision-making for overall design alternative of full product under life cycle were analyzed. Evaluation system was established for decision-making of full product design alternatives, including quantitative specification indexes, qualitative performance indexes, and economic indexes. To cope with the subjective uncertainty of qualitative indexes and ensure objectivity of quantitative indexes, information entropy and fuzzy analytic hierarchical process were used to obtain index weights. Evaluation values of design alternatives under qualitative indexes were determined from the specification values, while those values under quantitative indexes were obtained by using group decision-making method. Ranking of design alternatives was carried out by using the method of Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The proposed approach was used in decision-making on overall design alternatives of horizontal directional drilling machine. The effects of different linguistic quantifiers and decision-making risks were also analyzed. Results showed that the proposed method was applicable to decision-making for overall design alternative of full product under life cycle.
