摘要: 为实现产品设计知识的完整获取,在基于知识工程的产品设计领域,研究了产品实例设计知识与领域专家设计经验相结合的知识获取技术。首先分别研究了基于产品实例的设计知识获取方法和面向领域专家的设计经验获取方法。然后提出了实例知识与专家经验的融合算法和获取结果的神经规则表示。在此基础上给出了实例与经验相结合的产品设计知识获取实现框架。最后,将该方法应用于基于知识工程的固体火箭发动机设计,解决了固体火箭发动机设计中与经验相关知识的获取问题,得到了细粒度和完备性好的固体发动机药形选择设计知识,并通过实例说明了该技术的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: To realize a complete product design knowledge acquisition, in domain of product design based on Knowledgebased engineering (KBE), knowledge acquisition based on combination of design cases and domain experts experience was researched. Firstly, knowledge acquisition based on product design cases, as well as that based on domain experts, was studied. Secondly, the fusion algorithm of the cases knowledge and domain experts experience was proposed, and its result was represented as neural rules. Thirdly, a framework of product design knowledge acquisition combining product design cases and domain experts experience was built. Finally, the knowledge acquisition and representation was implemented in solid rocket motor (SRM) design based on KBE, and the acquisition of knowledge relevant to domain experts experience was solved, fine-grained and complete knowledge of SRM grain selection was gained. The SRM design case validates that the technique is valid in domain of SRM design based on KBE.
