成形件检测数据向知识转化方法

摘要: 为了解决知识获取中将生产数据转化为知识的问题,通过框肋零件橡皮囊成形的弯边回弹检测数据与知识组成结构的对比分析,提出知识转化方法,主要包括数据导入、结构转换、状态判别、知识融合4个步骤。采用基于灰色关联系数的相似度计算方法建立了冗余及冲突检测机制,以确保知识库中知识的一致性,并开发了框肋零件弯边回弹检测数据向知识转化的工具,最后结合运行实例证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To solve the problem of transforming the production data into knowledge in knowledge acquisition,through comparative analysis on composition structure of test data and knowledge for flange springback in rubber pad forming of frame rib parts,a knowledge transformation process model included data conversion,relational mapping,state determination and knowledge fusion was presented.To assure the uniqueness and consistency of knowledge in knowledge base,similarity measurement based on grey coefficient was employed to detect the redundancy and conflict.The prototype system for knowledge transformation was developed to verify the usefulness of the proposed approach.
