摘要: 针对复杂机电产品中的管路布局优化难题,提出一种基于知识的管路布局自动评价方法。该方法基于知识的一阶谓词逻辑表达方式,对管路布局设计工程约束进行知识建模,在此基础上建立了管路的评价体系,提出基于应用服务提供商的管路布局设计自动评价算法,实现了基于知识的管路布局自动综合评价。设计并开发了基于知识的管路布局自动评价软件模块,并以某型号发动机液压管路系统为例进行实例验证,证明了所提方法的正确性。

Abstract: To solve the optimization problem of pipe routing in complex mechatronic products,a knowledge-based automatic evaluation method was proposed.Based on the first-order predicate logic representation method of knowledge,the knowledge modeling for pipe routing's engineering constraints was made,and the evaluating structure was established.An automatic evaluating algorithm based on ASP was created,which realized pipes'automatic evaluation and its comprehensive optimization.An evaluating system software for pipe routing based on knowledge was developed,and its validity and practicability on one aircraft engine's hydraulic pipe system was illustrated.
