制造工艺领域知识覆盖度计算方法

摘要: 为有效且定量地评估知识库中的知识含量,针对航空企业的制造工艺知识库,提出知识单元覆盖度来测度知识,以本源要素和求解要素建立知识单元的表达,应用知识属性的离散化确立知识单元数量,并通过知识单元的相异度进行知识覆盖分析,进而给出覆盖度的计算方法。以具体实例说明了该方法的可用性,即该方法有利于实现组织知识的量化分析、反映知识库中各类型知识的具体含量,为企业更有针对性地进行知识获取提供借鉴。

Abstract: To evaluate organization knowledge in the base quantitatively and efficiently,aiming at the manufacturing process knowledge base for the aviation enterprise,the knowledge unit coverage was proposed to measure knowledge,and the method to compute knowledge unit coverage was also provided.The method was composed of three contents: knowledge unit represented by object and solution,continuous attributes discretized to determine the number of knowledge unit,and the distance between knowledge units analyzed for effective coverage.An application example was given to validate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed approach.According to calculation results on knowledge coverage,it was easy to realize quantitative analysis of organizational knowledge and to reflect the knowledge constitution in the base.
