摘要: 产品数据管理项目的全局战略性决定了产品数据管理系统的选型过程,必须有一套科学的方法作指导。在分析产品数据管理项目特点的基础上,提出了企业战略驱动的结构化产品数据管理选型策略:以企业战略为出发点,沿着企业需求链逐步将其映射为工程领域的业务目标、运作目标和过程需求,最终得到一组以流程改善为核心的功能选型指标,并通过层次分析法加以量化,为产品数据管理选型评价体系的最终制定提供重要参考依据。由于整个过程紧紧围绕企业战略,所以选定的产品数据管理系统已经为企业成功实施产品数据管理系统,进而实现企业战略奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract: PDM system should best support the enterprise vision, so its selection should be guided by a scientific approach. Based on the analysis of the features of PDM project, a structured approach was promoted. Started from enterprise vision, the enterprise requirements were mapped into business objectives, operation objectives, process requirements, and a set of function requirements lastly. After quantified by Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP), the function requirements can be served as the most important aspects of the PDM system evaluation infrastructure. This approach has been applied to a manufacturing enterprise's PDM system selection process.
