摘要: 利用多决策者不同风险偏好的模糊层次分析模型对在线定制方案进行优选。建立了在线定制方案总效用评价指标体系,运用基于模糊有序加权平均算子的三角模糊数互补判断矩阵排序法,求得各层效用的权重,并用模糊语言变量表示各备选在线定制方案的二级准则层子效用的满意度,得到多决策者不同风险偏好下的各方案的综合模糊评分。最后,综合考虑三角模糊数的均值位置和左右扩散情况,对各方案三角模糊数进行排序得到最优方案,并用实例证明了该模型的可行性和合理性。

Abstract: To evaluate and select on-line customization schemes, fuzzy analytic hierarchical process model of multi decision-maker with different risk preference was used. With a priority method for triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix, weights of each level utility were obtained after establishing guideline evaluation system. To obtain the fuzzy total scores of each scheme of multi decisionmaker with different risk preference, satisfactory level of the second level criteria sub-utility of each on-line customization schemes was expressed as fuzzy linguistic variables. Finally, to sort triangular fuzzy number of each on-line customization schemes, the optimal scheme was selected based on considerations of average position and right-and-left diffuseness. A practical example proved that this model was feasible and reasonable.
