摘要: 为解决云制造环境下的加工资源发现问题,研究了加工任务和加工资源的信息模型及建模方法,建立了基于本体的加工资源发现机制,从功能结构、属性约束和服务状态三个方面定义了资源匹配规则并使用描述逻辑进行了表达。构建了由资源层、代理层、知识层和用户层组成的资源发现框架,通过对信息模型与匹配规则的集成,实现了基于知识推理的资源自动发现。以齿轮加工为例,对加工资源发现过程进行了描述。

Abstract: To solve resource discovery problem in cloud manufacturing environment,the information model and the model construction method of manufacturing resources and tasks were studied.Resource discovery mechanism was proposed based on ontology technology,and resource matching rules was defined from three aspects of function structure,attribute constraints and service status.Furthermore,description logic was used to express those matching rules.A resource discovery framework was put forward,which comprised of resource layer,agent layer,knowledge layer and user layer.Knowledge-reasoned automatic resource discovery was realized through the integration of information model and matching rules.Gear manufacturing was taken as an example to describe the process of resource discovery.
