Perception and access of manufacturing resources and intelligent gateway technology for edge computing

摘要: 针对云端智能制造与智慧服务系统应用中面临的大量异构制造设备资源感知接入困难、数据分析时延大等问题,分析探讨了面向边缘计算的制造资源感知接入特点、应用场景及接入模型构建方法;研究开发了边缘智能网关软件系统,设计了云边协同服务架构,实现了多种通信协议支持、数据采集分发、应用管理与安全防护等功能。分析了云边协同服务模式下边缘节点智能网关的重要作用与任务,结合复杂装备智能制造样板间生产线与虚拟工厂应用系统,实现了制造资源感知接入技术、边缘智能网关功能验证与应用示范。

Abstract: To solve the problems of perception and access difficulty of a large number of heterogeneous devices and long time-delay of data analysis in cloud intelligent manufacturing and smart service applications,the characteristics,application scenarios and access models building of manufacturing resources perception and access for edge computing were discussed.Edge intelligent gateway software system was developed for realizing a variety of communication protocols,data collection and distribution,applications management and security protection functions,and the cloud-edge collaboration service architecture for manufacturing resources perception and access was designed.The importance and tasks of edge intelligent gateway under the cloud-edge collaborative service mode were analyzed.In the complex equipment intelligent manufacturing production line and virtual factory application system,demonstration application was achieved,meanwhile manufacturing resources perception and access technology for edge computing and the edge intelligent gateway functions were verified.
