面向同族颚式破碎设备的参数化集成设计

摘要: 为满足快速响应定制化的市场需求,实现破碎设备设计过程中实际经验与先进技术理论的有效结合,研究开发了集整机机构轨迹分析、主件关联建模、装配仿真建模、荷载分析与生成工程图纸为一体的计算机辅助参数化设计集成服务系统。建立了系统功能模型,提出了参数化设计服务系统的集成架构,阐述了系统目标及其实现的关键技术。面向同族颚式破碎设备,基于参数驱动的方法建立主件关联模型,以解决参数化后部件之间的干涉问题。通过对运动机理的分析,实现了基于机构和功能层次化的设备模块的划分,以提高系统的快速响应性。讨论了内部各模块之间以及与外部系统的集成问题。依据该设计方法的思想,结合现场实际经验数据,以同族颚式破碎机为例,开发了计算机辅助参数化集成设计服务系统平台,该系统现已应用于工程破碎装备制造部门。

Abstract: To satisfy the market demand of quick respond customization,and to solve the problems that there was no integration of practical experience with advanced technology in the design process of the crusher,the computer aided parametric design system was studied and developed with machine association modeling,mechanism analysis,assembly simulation modeling,finite element analysis and engineering drawings.The system function model was established,the architecture of parametric integration design service system was presented,and the system objectives as well as key technology were explained.Oriented to kindred jaw crusher,the parametric association model was established to solve the interference problems among components after parameterization.Through analysis on kinetic mechanism,the hierarchical equipment module partition based on mechanism and function was completed to improve system responding ability.The integration of internal modules and external system were discussed.According to the presented design method and the practical experience data,the computer aided design parameter integration platform was developed by taking a jaw crusher as example.This system was applied in engineering crushing machine manufacturing department.
