基于信息物理系统的可重构装配型架智能装调技术

摘要: 针对可重构装配型架因安装过程繁琐、装调难度大而被限制应用的问题,在分析其装调流程及技术需求的基础上,提出人与智能眼镜相结合的增强工人模型,构建了基于信息物理系统的智能装调技术框架,并设计了面向可重构装配型架的信息物理装调系统。针对所提出的信息物理系统技术框架,制定了面向可重构装配型架的自定义应用层通信协议,实现了装配现场设备的互联互通。建立了基于工作流的可重构装配型架装调过程可视化指导流程和方法,实现了装调过程中决策信息的快速获取和无纸化展示。提出采用惯性测量单元辅助的精确装调引导方法,解决了定位器精调时反复操作的难题。以某无人机垂尾可重构装配型架为例,验证了应用该装调技术能够改变工人的传统作业模式,显著提高装调效率。

Abstract: Aiming at the restricted application problem of reconfigurable assembly jig caused by difficulty and low efficiency during installation process,an augmented worker model combining worker with smart glasses was presented based on the present situations of installation process and technical requirements,a technical framework based on Cyber-Physical System (CPS) for installing reconfigurable assembly jig was constructed,and a cyber-physical installation system was presented.For the proposed framework of CPS,a new application communication protocol for reconfigurable assembly jig was developed to achieve interconnection of field equipments.The visual guidance of installation process based on workflow was constructed,which achieved quick acquisition of decision information and  paperless display way.Accurate guidance aided by Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) was adopted to solve the problem of repeated operations.A reconfigurable assembly jig for vertical stabilizer was taken as an example to demonstrate that the proposed installing technology could change the traditional work pattern and significantly improve the work efficiency.
