面向协同产品开发过程的多主体资源配置

摘要: 协同产品开发过程具有分布性、冲突性和协作性等显著特点,这些特点增加了该过程中动态资源配置的复杂性和不确定性。针对这一问题,首先提出一种面向协同产品开发过程的两阶段多主体资源配置方法,该方法包括设计主体的本地选择与管理主体的仲裁两阶段;其次提出设计主体进行本地选择时所依据的任务优先级函数及其算法,并为管理主体建立了混合整数非线性规划仲裁模型;最后,运用通用代数建模系统完成对混合整数非线性规划仲裁模型的求解。应用算例的结果表明,两阶段多主体资源配置方法能够系统评价过程中的各项重要因素,为动态资源配置提供了更为全面的视角,并为今后实时优化的实现打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract: The significant characteristics such as distribution,conflict and collaboration in Collaborative Product Development (CPD) process increased the complexity and uncertainty of dynamic resource allocation.Aiming at this problem,a two stage Multi-Agent Resource Allocation (MARA) method oriented to CPD process was presented,which included local selection of design agent and arbitration of manager agent.Task priority function and relevant algorithm as the main basis for design agents were given,and a Mixed-Integer NonLinear Programming (MINLP) model was built for manager agent.By using General Algebraic Modeling System (GAMS),MINLP model was solved.The calculation example showed that the proposed method could evaluate the important factors of collaborative product development process systematically,and provide the comprehensive perspective for dynamic resource allocation.Simultaneously,it was the solid foundation of real-time optimization in the future.
