面向塑化能耗分析的设计关联计算流模型与过程挖掘方法

摘要: 针对高能耗注塑装备的塑化能耗计算过程复杂、涉及的设计参数及工艺参数繁多等问题,提出一种基于过程挖掘的塑化能耗高效分析方法。根据装备设计过程及能耗分析流程构建设计关联能耗分析计算流模型,并在该模型基础上提取计算流足迹。通过改进算法对已提取的计算流足迹进行过程挖掘,形成全新的能耗分析计算工作流网。解析工作流网间的设计元素关系,并对注塑装备塑化能耗进行计算,实现能耗的高效分析。通过在某注塑机厂商XS-Z60型注塑装备的塑化能耗分析计算中的应用,验证了所提方法能够简化能耗分析计算过程,提高能耗分析计算的效率。

Abstract: To solve the problem of complex calculation process of plasticizing energy consumption and various related design parameters and process parameters in high energy consumption injection molding equipment,a convenient analysis method of plasticizing energy consumption based on process excavation was proposed.According to the plasticizing molding method and plasticizing energy consumption analysis process,the flow model of plasticizing energy consumption analysis was constructed,and the calculating flow footprints extracted were mined with improved  process mining algorithm based on the model,so that the new energy consumption analysis and calculation workflow-net (WF-net) was formed.The convenient energy consumption analysis and calculation were realized by analyzing the relationship between design elements of WF-net and calculating the plasticizing energy consumption of injection molding equipment.The proposed method was applied in the analysis and calculation processing of plasticizing energy consumption of XS-Z60 injection molding equipment manufactured by an injection molding machine manufacturer.As a result,the process of the energy analysis and calculation was simplified,and the efficiency of the energy analysis and calculation was improved.
