面向生产计划分析的协同制造过程建模语言及建模仿真系统

摘要: 跨企业协同制造涉及要素种类多、联动关系复杂、内外部不确定性影响大,导致协同运行能力弱。针对其顶层统筹管理能力弱、缺乏有效的计划分析手段等问题,提出面向生产计划分析的协同制造过程建模语言,为决策层提供不依赖具体生产数据、兼顾不确定因素的领域专用抽象建模和模型仿真工具。总结并凝练协同制造的领域知识,定义其概念模型,基于概念模型制定协同制造过程建模语言CoM-PML;开发基于CoM-PML的建模和仿真系统POMES4CM,通过执行多过程仿真协助企业管理人员分析产品齐套周期、资源利用率等,辅助决策。选取3种复杂产品的协同制造流程进行案例验证,得到具有指导意义的过程模型和生产计划,验证方法和系统的有效性。

Abstract: Collaborative manufacturing across enterprises involves many types of elements,complex linkage relations and large internal and external uncertainties,which leads to weak collaborative operation ability.In view of the weak top-level management ability and the lack of effective planning analysis methods for collaborative manufacturing,a collaborative manufacturing process modeling language for production plan analysis was proposed,which provided a domain abstract modeling and model simulation tool for decision level.To define the language,the domain knowledge of collaborative manufacturing was summarized,and a conceptual model was developed.Based on the model,a collaborative manufacturing process modeling language Collaborative Manufacture oriented Process Modeling Language (CoM-PML) was defined.A modeling and simulation system based on CoM-PML named Process Optimization Modeling Enterprise System for Collaborative Manufacturing (POMES4CM) was developed to assist decision level to analyze the complete product cycle and resource utilization rateby executing multi-process simulation.The collaborative manufacturing process of three complex products was selected for case validation,the process model and production plan with guiding significance were obtained,which verified the effectiveness of the method and system.
