有决策时间窗匹配问题的决策优化支持模型

摘要: 为了得到有决策时间窗限制的服务匹配决策问题的个体决策者的最优决策,定义了基于资源分布的时间窗匹配的个体决策问题,考虑了时间窗对决策者决策心理的影响,将问题的综合决策收益定义为期望收益与收益风险两个部分;基于时间窗内业务分布会发生变化的本质构建了考虑时间影响的期望收益模型;基于决策者在时间窗内对时间风险的3种态度,引入紧迫系数将其划分为对应的3个阶段,通过计算各阶段决策收益参照点与决策期望收益之间的差异来得到时间窗的收益风险;在此基础上根据期望—风险决策准则综合期望收益与收益风险得到在各个时间点的决策综合收益值,以此支持优化决策。以车货匹配决策问题为例进行决策分析与比较,证明了该决策模型能够有效应用于此类问题和实现更优决策。

Abstract: To obtain the optimal decision of individual decision maker for service matching decision problem with decision time window constraints,the individual decision making problem based on time window matching of resource distribution was defined.Considering the influence of time window on decision maker's decision psychology,the comprehensive decision revenue of the problem was defined as two parts:expected revenue and revenue risk.Based on the nature of the change of business distribution in time window,an expected revenue model considering time effect was constructed.Based on the three attitudes of decision makers to time risk in time window,the urgency coefficient was introduced to divide it into three corresponding stages.By calculating the difference between the reference point of decision-making revenue and the expected revenue of decision-making at each stage,the revenue risk of time window could be obtained.On this basis,according to the expectation-risk decision criterion,the expected revenue and the revenue risk were combined to get the comprehensive revenue value of the decision at each time point,so as to support the optimal decision-making.Taking the vehicle-cargo matching decision-making problem as an example,the decision-making analysis and comparison proved that the decision-making model could be effectively applied to such problems and achieve better decision-making.
