多层次个性化临床路径推荐方法

摘要: 针对临床路径受专家主观影响大、难以反映患者个性化差异等问题,提出一个过程层次临床路径的挖掘模型,利用启发式网络挖掘和社区发现的Louvain算法挖掘出抽象临床路径。为减少医学本身存在的不确定性,结合实际医生诊疗过程的层次性,进一步提出一个抽象—具体临床路径的推荐模型,在推荐的抽象临床路径基础上分阶段进行推荐,最终形成具体的临床路径。实验结果表明,该方法无论在有效性还是与医生决策过程的符合度上均具有一定意义,可以为医生提供合理的决策支持。

Abstract: Clinical paths refer to the establishment of a standardized treatment process for a certain disease.In view of the problems that clinical paths are affected by subjective opinions of experts and difficult to reflect the individualized differences of patients,mining case data and recommending personalized clinical paths is one of the research hotspots.A process-level mining model of clinical paths was proposed,which used heuristic network mining and Louvain algorithm of community discovery to mine abstract clinical paths.To reduce the uncertainty of medicine itself,combined with the level of actual doctors diagnosis and treatment process,an abstract-concrete recommendation model of clinical path was further proposed.Based on the recommended abstract clinical path,treatment plans were recommended in stages,and finally a concrete clinical path was formed.The experimental results showed that the proposed method had certain significance in terms of effectiveness and consistency with the doctors decision-making process,and could provide doctors with reasonable decision-making support.
