考虑互惠偏好的闭环供应链合作博弈模型

摘要: 为研究闭环供应链系统合作机制,考虑了一个三层闭环供应链,采用合作和非合作博弈理论分析了链上成员间的相互作用。基于对分销商和零售商互惠偏好的考虑,通过分析表明,在分散模型和部分联合模型下的渠道利润低于集中模型下的收益。为探寻适当的利润分配方案进而协调供应链系统与互惠偏好问题,应用合作博弈理论计算出相应的特征函数后,提出基于经典的Shapley值和核仁解的方案以及创新性地提出基于平衡满意度的协调机制。经数值仿真证明,由此产生的剩余利润分配方案均能同时满足个人理性和集体理性,并落在合作博弈的核中,从而使大联盟得以稳定。

Abstract: To study cooperative mechanism of a three-echelon closed-loop supply chain system,the cooperative and non-cooperative game theory were employed to analyze the interactions between different players.By taking the reciprocal preferences of distributor and retailer into consideration,the channel profits under the decentralized and partial-coalition model were lower than that under centralized model.To find a proper profit allocation plan to coordinate the supply chain system and the reciprocity preference problem,the characteristic functions were figured out respectively with cooperative game theory.The coordination mechanisms based on classic Shapley value and nucleolus solution were proposed and the balanced-satisfaction based plan was put forward innovatively.The numerical simulation experiments were conducted and the results revealed that the surplus profit allocation plans satisfied individual rationality and collective rationality whilst falling into the cooperative game's core and made the grand alliance thereby stable.
