摘要: 针对传统复杂系统人机交互学习成本高、对操作人员专业背景知识要求高和人机交互体验差等问题,结合当前制造业装备信息化、网络化、智能化、易用化的总体发展趋势,提出一种面向智能化制造装备的复杂信息系统人机交互界面设计模型。旨在从智能技术、交互技术、应用领域的特点出发,归纳总结出符合未来专业装备发展要求的人机交互界面设计思路和相关的交互界面设计原则。在智能焊缝扫描重构模块的交互界面设计工作中进行实践应用,验证了设计方法的有效性。该思路能够对工业制造领域中复杂智能系统的人机交互界面设计提供支撑和参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high cost of learning for traditional complex systems,high requirements for professional background knowledge of operators and poor human-computer interaction experience,a design model of human-computer interaction interface for complex information system oriented to intelligent manufacturing equipment was proposed by combining with the trend of information,intelligence and ease of use.The human-machine interactive interface design ideas and related interactive interface design principles were summarized to meet the requirements of future professional equipment development based on the characteristics of intelligent technology,interactive technology and so on.The practice in the work of complex intelligent system interfaces / interfaced to design showed the effectiveness of the proposed method.This idea could provide support for the design of human-computer interaction interface of complex intelligent systems.
