复杂LED制造系统的用户体验评估模型

摘要: 为提升LED制造系统中人机交互的用户体验,基于设计认知心理学和“用户—产品—环境”系统理论,采用主成分分析和因子分析方法,提出一种多维用户体验评估模型MUEEM。该模型由“理解—操作因子”、“安全—恢复因子”等9个主绩效因子构成。进一步构建MUEEM计算机辅助评估系统,该系统能辅助用户评估LED制造系统中的人机交互优度。以LED分选机为对象进行测试,结果表明,使用该软件系统可以提升用户体验的满意度和人机交互系统的操作效率,降低出错率,进一步验证了模型的有效性。

Abstract: To enhance user experience of human-machine interaction in LED manufacturing system,based on design of cognitive psychology and "users-products-environment" system theory,a Multi-dimensional User Experience Evaluation Model (MUEEM) was proposed by using principle components analyses and factor analysis method.This model was constituted by nine main performance factors such as "understanding-operating factor" and "security-recovery factor".Furthermore,MUEEM computer-aided evaluation system was built,which could help users judge the goodness of human-machine interaction in LED manufacturing system.LED sorter machine was taken as the test object,and the result showed that this system could enhance the satisfaction of user experience,enhance the operating efficiency of human-machine interaction system and reduce the error rate.The effectiveness of the model was further verified.
