智能网联汽车人机交互研究现状及展望

Overview and perspectives on human-computer interaction in intelligent and connected vehicles

摘要: 我国制造业转型升级战略催生了适应科技发展的新领域——智能网联汽车(ICV)人机交互。首先阐述了ICV人机交互概念、特点和研究内容,进而从ICV人机交互技术的信息识别、车载多维人机界面和新兴车载智能单元3方面,综述了国内外研究和应用现状。通过分析ICV人机交互的理论研究和应用研究文献,提出了需要进一步致力研究解决的关键问题,包括ICV技术接受度、ICV人机交互质量和ICV驾乘体验3个维度。最后,针对技术与人的融合发展,从效用优化、体验重构和价值增益3个层面,对ICV人机交互的发展动向进行了展望。

Abstract: The transformation strategy of China's manufacturing industry has facilitated a new field,that is Intelligent and Connected Vehicle Human-Computer Interaction (ICV-HCI).The concept,characteristics and research contents of ICV-HCI were analyzed.Then the research and application status of ICV-HCI technology were analyzed and summarized into three aspects:information recognition technology,in-vehicle multi-dimensional human machine interface and in-vehicle emerging intelligent unit.Based on the analysis of theoretical research and applied research literature of ICV-HCI,the core issues that needed to be further solved were proposed,which included ICV technology acceptance,ICV human-computer interaction quality and ICV user experience three dimensions.The future development direction of ICV-HCI was explored from three aspects of utility optimization,experience reconstruction and value acquisition.
