基于偏好信息的产品设计方案优选方法

Optimization method of product design schemes based on preference information

摘要: 针对产品设计方案优选过程没有同时考虑用户与决策者偏好信息的多属性决策问题,提出基于偏好信息的区间数广义马田系统的方案优选方法。该方法运用语义施密特正交马田系统计算指标的初始权重,根据用户与决策者的偏好采用模糊Kano与程度分析的方法对指标权重进行修正。为处理指标之间交互作用以及不同量纲对决策结果的影响,融入偏好信息进行方案优选。以某汽车概念产品设计方案优选为例,验证了所提优选方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the multiple attribute decision-making for product design schemes optimization was not considering the preference information of consumers and decision-makers simultaneously,an optimizing method of interval number generalized Mahalanobis-Taguchi system based on preference information was proposed.Semantic Mahalanobis-Taguchi and Gram-Schmidt were introduced to calculate the initial weights of attributes.The fuzzy Kano and extent analysis based on the preference information of consumers and decision-makers were presented to modify the weights of attributes.To deal with the disturbance of interaction between the attributes and the effects of different dimensions on the decisions,an optimizing method by integrating preference information of consumers and decision-makers was established.A case example of automobile conception design schemes optimization was given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
