归果生命周期评价方法及应用

摘要: 为了解决生命周期评价的环境影响决策评价问题,提出了归果生命周期评价方法,首先进行了归果与归因生命周期评价方法的特征比较和归果生命周期评价中“临界技术”的确定,探讨了在部分均衡模型和一般均衡模型的基础上构建的归果生命周期评价模型,乃至考虑能源回弹效应和经验曲线的归果生命周期评价模型,以及以上这些归果生命周期评价模型的案例应用。研究表明,归果生命周期评价方法实质上是一种传统生命周期评价与经济学模型相结合的评价方法。使用归果生命周期评价方法,可以通过考虑市场因素尤其是产品替代效应,分析在产品系统发生边际变动时系统能源和环境影响的变化情况,为产品决策和制定产品的相关政策提供帮助和指导。

Abstract: To solving the problem of supporting decision making in product environmental Life Cycle Assessment (LCA),the comparison between Attributional Life Cycle Assessment (ALCA) and Consequential Life Cycle Assessment (CLCA) and the marginal technology determination of CLCA were discussed.Based on partial equilibrium model and general equilibrium model,the CLCA model was constructed,the CLCA model with rebound effects and experience curve was considered and case applications for all these models were analyzed.The research showed that CLCA was an effective environment tool for supporting decision making and an assessment method by combining the traditional LCA with economical model.Through considering the market factors especially the product substitution effect,the CLCA method could analyze the changes of both energy and environment influence when the product system marginal changes.
