基于MAS的智能船企物料采购管理

摘要: 鉴于船企生产项目物料采购管理中数据协调性不佳、信息反馈不畅并导致低效率的现状,利用MAS技术建立智能化采购管理系统进行解决。采用面向Agent的程序设计方法,首先分析项目的采购流程及管理现状,建立了智能问题模型;通过对采购系统任务分解,确认了系统模块与组件的分划,设计了智能化系统的逻辑模型以及网络架构;结合数据处理需求,对关键组件和数据通信进行详细设计;从功能性出发结合实际环境选择平台开发了船企智能化采购管理系统的原型。最后通过在企业网络上运行原型系统,验证了系统设计的有效性。

Abstract: In consideration of discordant data,sluggish information feedback and low efficiency in shipbuilding enterprises'purchase management of manufacturing projects,the intelligent procurement management with Multi-Agents System (MAS) technology was proposed.By adopting the method of Agent-oriented programming,the procurement process and current management status of manufacturing projects were analyzed,and then an intelligent problem model was established.Through the division of procurement system task,the system module and components were confirmed,and the logical model as well as network architecture of intelligent system was designed.Combined with the demand of data processing,the crucial components and data communication were designed in detail.Based on system functions and actual operation environment,development platform was chosen to develop the prototype system of Intelligence Shipbuilding Enterprise Procurement System (ISEPS).The effectiveness of the proposed system was validated by operating the prototype system on the enterprise net.
