考虑避障路径规划的分段建造区域布局优化

摘要: 为解决分段建造场地布局优化问题,从设施布局角度出发,以分段建造过程中物料运输总物流量最小为目标建立数学模型,综合考虑物料在运输过程中的避障路径求解问题,采用改进的遗传算法对分段建造区域布局进行优化,给出了物料布局方案及各物料规划后的运输路径。通过对某船厂某一分段建造区域布局进行优化,验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: To solve the facility layout optimization problem in block assembly area,a mathematical model was built to minimize the overall flow in the process of block construction.Obstacle-avoiding path planning problem was also considered in the transport of parts.An improved genetic algorithm was proposed to solve this problem and the transportation route of every part was given.The optimization of a block assembly area layout was provided to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
