船舶建造物资追溯实体单元信息模型及追溯管理系统

摘要: 为了解决船舶建造物流中物资信息追溯不便的问题,引用追溯实体单元的概念,设计了适于船舶制造物资管理的追溯实体单元。根据物资在生产过程中的各项信息,将其分为物资属性信息和物资关联信息两类,并分别进行对应追溯实体单元数据格式的设计;分析了生产物资的属性信息和关联信息,使其转化为物资追溯实体单元的属性—关联信息矩阵,得到追溯实体单元的分析模型。以多智能体系统为基准框架,结合追溯实体单元模型及无线射频识别信息标签,设计开发了船舶项目物资追溯实体单元管理的数字化系统,验证了所得研究成果的实用性与可行性。

Abstract: For the issue on material information tracing existing in production logistics of shipbuilding projects,the conception of Traceable Entity Unit (TEU) was introduced.Based on the characteristics of shipbuilding project,the TEU was designed for material information management.The various information of materials in production processwere classified as two categories of attribute information and relationship information,and the format of corresponding TEU data referred to these two-basic information was designed separately.With the analysis of material's attribute/relationship info,the information matrix of attribute-relationship for material TEU was obtained,and the analysis model for TEU tracing unit was also established.Based on the framework of Multi-Agent System (MAS),combined with TEU model and RFID information tags,a digital system of material management was developed.The effectiveness and feasibility of the prototype system was validated.
