汽车外形设计的基因网络模型

摘要: 为解决汽车外形设计中设计参数组合爆炸和设计参数与意象目标之间复杂映射关系两个问题,基于产品基因网络的基本思想,以设计参数和意象目标为节点、节点间的相关性为边,建立汽车外形的基因网络模型。该模型表达了汽车外形的设计参数和意象目标两个集合的内部关联。按照节点的敏感性和度数大小对节点进行分类,筛选出关键节点和节点集团,辅助设计师进行决策。基于106个汽车外形参数建立了146款常用车型的三维参数模型,对参数间的相关性进行了计算分析,并面向20个意象目标开展了意象评价实验,利用实验数据建立了汽车外形的基因网络模型。基于不同的样本重复汽车外形基因网络的建模过程,通过比较论证了网络模型的存在性与稳定性。

Abstract: To solve the two problems of design parameters combination explosion and complex mapping between design parameters and imagery goals in the automotive exterior design,based on the basic idea of product gene network,the gene network model of automotive exterior was established by taking the design parameters and image target as the nodes,the correlation between the nodes as the edge.The interior association and the mapping relationship between the two sets of design parameters and image objects of automobile modeling were expressed.According to the sensitivity and degree of nodes,the nodes were classified,and the key node and node group were selected to assist designer to make decision.Based on 106 modeling parameters,the three-dimensional parametric model for 146 common type models established,and the correlation between parameters was calculated and analyzed.The image evaluation experiment was carried out for 20 image targets,and the genetic network model of automobile modeling was established by using experimental data.Based on the repeated modeling process of different samples,the existence and stability of the network model were proved by comparison.
