摘要: 为了进一步揭示扰动环境下生产系统的连锁传播机理,将复杂网络传播动力学理论应用于生产系统。以复杂网络视角对扰动环境下生产系统的多态性进行描述,深入分析扰动环境下生产网络的多种状态及状态间的演变特性。综合考虑节点自身的动力学行为、节点间耦合特性及扰动传播过程,提出基于改进耦合映像格子的网络连锁传播动力学模型,进而展开算法设计。以某机电企业为例,设置4组仿真实验深入探讨初始扰动的剧烈程度,以及扰动传播源节点特性差异对生产网络连锁失效规模和进程的影响。研究结果可为有效预防雪崩式效应对生产网络造成的破坏提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: To further reveal the cascading propagation mechanism of production systems in disturbed environment,the complex network propagation dynamics theory was applied to production systems.The polymorphism of production systems was described,and the various states of production network and the evolution characteristics between the states environment in the disturbance were deeply analyzed.Network cascading propagation dynamics model and algorithm were proposed based on the improved Coupled Map Lattices (CML) model.The comprehensive evaluation of the proposed model was taken into account combined with the characteristics of dynamics node itself,network topological structure and propagation mechanism of disturbance in the network.By taking an agricultural machinery enterprise as an example,the influence of initial disturbance severity and disturbance propagation source node characteristics differentiation to the scale and process of production system's cascading propagation was discussed in depth by setting four groups of simulation experiments.The research results could provide reference for effectively preventing the damage caused by the avalanche effect on production network.
