结构件装配复杂性分析的框架及其在装配质量缺陷率预测中的应用

Analytical framework of structure assembly complexity and its application on prediction model of assembly quality defect rate

摘要: 为了探讨结构件装配复杂性与装配质量之间的定量关系,从主、客观复杂性两方面对装配复杂性进行了重新定义和分析,建立了结构件装配复杂性分析的框架模型,确定了结构件装配复杂性框架分析的三个维度,即结构件复杂性、装配操作复杂性和装配决策复杂性。分别以这三个维度为自变量建立相应的单因素结构件装配质量缺陷率的预测模型。最后综合考虑结构件产品设计复杂度、装配过程复杂度和决策复杂度,得到三变量结构件装配缺陷率预测模型,并据此对伸臂装配线质量的提升和改进提出了改善建议。所建立的结构件装配质量缺陷率的预测模型既可作为结构件装配质量的监控手段,也可作为结构件产品设计和装配工艺调整的依据。

Abstract: To discuss the quantitative relationship between the complexity of structure assembly and the quality of assembly,the assembly complexity was redefined from two aspects: the objective complexity and subjective complexity.The framework of structure assembly complexity analysis was advanced with three dimensions which included product design complexity,assembly process complexity and assembly decision complexity.The corresponding predictive model for product defect rate was developed respectively to each of three dimensions.Structure assembly defect rate prediction model which considered the design complexity,assembly process complexity and decision-making complexity was given.As a case,the improvement for one crane boom assembly quality based on model and recommendations was given.The proposed model could be used as the monitoring management to forecast assembly quality,and could also be used as the basis for product design and process adjustment.
