摘要: 针对数字孪生加工系统上下文数据异构多样、缺乏高效可视化人机接口的问题,提出一种基于增强现实的数字孪生加工系统多视图交互方法。基于数字孪生技术构建了面向增强现实的加工体系,并建立了面向数字孪生加工过程的信息集成模型;研究了数字孪生加工系统的多视图生成过程,可动态实现虚实注册和动态跟踪,增强操作者与加工系统之间的高效协作能力。以某航天结构件加工过程为例,建立了基于增强现实的数字孪生原型加工系统,实现了孪生数据的高效可视化,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of Digital Twin (DT) production and processing system,data diversity and lack of efficient visual human-machine interface,a multi-view interactive method based on Augmented Reality (AR) was proposed for DT production and processing system.An information integration model for DT production and processing was established.Then the multi-view generation process of DT production and processing system was researched,which could dynamically realize virtual and real registration and dynamic tracking,and enhance the efficient collaboration between the operator and the processing system ability.By taking the machining process of aerospace structural part as an example,an AR-based digital replacement prototype processing system was established,which realized the efficient visualization of DT data,and verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
