摘要: 针对全三维数字化定义模型在异构CAD系统间转换时会丢失特征和非几何信息的问题,综合考虑几何信息、非几何信息及二者的关联关系,提出一种基于特征的异构全三维数字化定义模型转换方法。使用可扩展标记语言对三维模型的特征信息与工程注释信息及其关联关系进行表达;以可扩展标记语言文件作为中间文件,经过信息提取和信息重构,同时转换几何特征信息和工程注释信息,并保持二者间的关联关系,实现全三维数字化定义模型在异构CAD系统间的转换;以某型号飞机的结构件为例,在Pro/E和CATIA系统间验证了方法的有效性。

Abstract: To solve the problem of feature and non-geometrical information loss in exchanging Model Based Definition (MBD) model data among heterogeneous CAD systems,by considering the geometric feature information,the non-geometrical information and the association between them,a feature-based heterogeneous 3D digital definition model exchange method was proposed.Extensible Markup Language (XML) was used to represent the feature information and non-geometrical information of 3D digital definition model and the association between them.The exchange of 3D digital definition model among heterogeneous CAD systems was achieved through the information extraction and reconstruction,and the geometric feature information and engineering note information were transformed at the same time and the relationships between them were remained.A structural model of a certain type of aircraft was introduced as an example to verify the validity of the model data exchange between Pro/E and CATIA.
