面向快速设计的产品全生命周期知识层级递进驱动策略

Driven strategy of step-up level based on product life cycle knowledge for rapid design

摘要: 为规避设计隐患、实现设计流程的一体化快速处理,在传统知识驱动方法的基础上,融合全生命周期设计的思想,将设计下游的制造、运行、环境等知识作为约束添加到驱动中,提出了一种基于产品全生命周期知识的层级递进驱动策略,即索引驱动—导航驱动—模板驱动,实现了从用户需要到设计方案再到详细设计、仿真分析的一体化快速设计,研究了实现过程中各环节的关键技术。以大型环保设备袋式除尘器的花板设计为例,对所提方法进行了验证。

Abstract: To avoid the hidden dangers of design and to achieve rapid processing of whole design process,a driven strategy of step-up level based on product life cycle knowledge was proposed,which combined with the idea of whole life cycle design and added the knowledge of manufacturing,operation,environment as the constraints to the drive.The progressive driven strategy included index driven,navigation driven and template driven was created based on Product Life cycle Knowledge (PLK),which  achieved the integrated rapid design from user requirements to design scheme,structural model and simulation analysis.Key technologies in the realization process were further researched.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by the design of large environmental protection equipment bag filter's tubesheet.
