基于射频识别技术的车间级刀具管理系统

摘要: 为了解决汽车发动机生产车间刀具识别与刀具从入库到报废环节的过程管理问题,提出一种基于无线射频识别的刀具自动识别技术,并开发了相应的车间级刀具管理系统。通过需求分析进行了系统理论模型设计,包括系统功能结构模型、业务流程模型和体系架构模型的构建;利用射频识别技术对每把刀具进行唯一标识,实现刀具数字化标识与信息追踪,完成无线射频识别技术与刀具实体的结合。为了消除系统刀具信息描述时多义性的问题,采用字母与数字混合编码方式建立了刀具编码体系。利用C#语言和SQL Server 2008数据库软件分别对系统前台功能界面及后台数据库进行设计。通过案例验证了系统的各项功能,实现了车间刀具信息与物流状态管理,满足了企业的应用需求。

Abstract: To solve the problem of tool identification and procedure management from storage to scrap of an automobile engine production department,a tool automatic identification technology based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) was proposed and the corresponding workshop-level tool management system was developed.Through the requirement analysis,the design of theoretical model was carried out which included the construction of function structure model,business process model and system architecture model.RFID was used for unique identification of each tool,which could implement digital identification and information tracking of tools,and the combination of RFID technology and tool entity was accomplished.In addition,the mixed coding of letters and numbers was adopted to establish tool coding system which was used to eliminate ambiguity of description.The designs of both function interface and database of management system were completed by C# and SQL Server 2008.The system functions were validated through a case,and the management of tools information and logistics were realized which could meet the application requirements of the enterprise.
