摘要: 为了经济有效地应用无线射频识别技术,总结了混流装配线中的三种覆盖需求,在同时满足这些覆盖需求的约束下,将成本和覆盖绩效作为优化目标,建立了一个多目标的非线性整数规划模型以优化其网络规划。通过在一个汽车混合流装配线的实验研究,验证了该模型的有效性和可行性,并分析了RFID网络规划的因素。结果表明,不同目标的权重、离散单元格的覆盖准则、读写器覆盖半径与单元格的比例关系影响着规划的结果,且同时考虑多种覆盖需求能有效降低成本,提高覆盖绩效。

Abstract: To economically and effectively apply RFID technology, three coverage requirements were summarized based on RFID practical application in mixed model assembly line and a multiple objectives nonlinear integer programming model was proposed to minimize the total deployment cost without increasing surrounding objects interference and reader collisions subject to heterogeneous coverage. The effectiveness and feasibility of the model was demonstrated through an experiment of auto mixed model assembly line. The influencing factors of RFID network planning were also analyzed. The results illustrated that the RFID network planning was impacted by objectives weights, the coverage demarcation and the scale ratio between reader coverage range and edge length of the square greatly. By considering heterogeneous coverage simultaneously, the cost was effectively reduced and the coverage performance was improved.
