面向离散制造过程的RFID应用研究综述

摘要: 目前面向离散制造过程的射频识别技术应用模式、应用方式和应用绩效评价机制尚不清晰,为此通过分析国内外射频识别技术相关研究和应用的文献资料,分别从生产制造过程、供应链管理过程和产品服务过程三个环节,覆盖在制品自动识别管理、生产过程控制、智能对象的跟踪定位与授权、精准化物料配送管理、仓储可视化管理、制造供应链射频识别技术应用整合、产品溯源与回收管理以及维护、维修和大修服务八个方面对射频识别技术在离散制造过程中的研究热点、应用模式进行了梳理和总结,归纳了射频识别技术在离散制造过程中的应用绩效评价的三种途径,并探讨了未来研究和应用的趋势。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the application modes,approaches and performance evaluation mechanisms of RFID were not clear for discrete manufacturing process,a comprehensive and systematic taxonomic framework was developed by analyzing the recent related RFID research and application literature.The research focuses and application mode of RFID in discrete manufacturing process were summarized from three sections of shop-floor production process,discrete manufacturing supply chain management process and product service process:and analyzed across eight detail aspects: automatic identification of Work-in-Progress,the production process control,smart object tracking,location and authorization,just-in-sequence part feeding,inventory visibility,RFID application integrating among manufacturing supply chain,product traceability and recycling,and Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul/Operations service.Three ways of performance evaluation in discrete manufacturing process were concluded,and the research trend in the future was also discussed.
