摘要: 为协调无线射频识别技术在跨企业系统集成系统中的应用,以单个供应商和单个零售商构成的两级供应链为对象,考虑商品错放率、商品损耗率、人力成本等因素对基于无线射频识别供应链及其成员企业收益的影响,分析说明了无线射频识别技术应用存在下游驱动现象;讨论了这些因素对供应链可承担的最大标签成本的影响,并用模拟算例对上述研究结论进行了演算。研究表明,无线射频识别技术的投入不仅能大大降低库存不准确性带来的损失,还能节约零售商人力成本的投入。

Abstract: To coordinate the application of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in cross-enterprise system integration,a basic supply chain consisted of an upstream manufacturer and a downstream retailer was considered to be the research object.By considering the effect of misplacement,damaged rate and labor cost to the supply chain and the member enterprises,the phenomenon of downstream driving was analyzed.Its impact to the maximum label cost that the supply chain could suffer was also discussed.A numerical simulation illustrated the above conclusions,and the result showed that the investment of RFID was not only reduced inventory accuracy losses greatly,but also saved the retailer's labor cost.
