制造物联驱动的工序物流动态规划框架

摘要: 针对离散型制造车间中存在的混流排程计划与多任务执行脱离的问题,结合制造物联技术的应用重新定义当前制造过程,设计具有实时制造信息特征的新工序物流规划模型和算法,以适应数字化和智能化制造的要求。以离散车间工序物流规划为研究对象,通过搭建面向实时制造过程的无线射频识别物联环境,构建了动态物流规划体系框架,详细分析了面向车间制造过程的传感物联网络构建、基于实时跟踪信息的工序物流规划、加权赋值有向型工序物流网络的拓扑构型等关键使能技术,给出了基于浏览器/服务器结构的工序物流规划实现方法,为提升制造车间的整体物流服务水平提供了基础。

Abstract: Due to the gap between mixed production planning and task execution in a discrete workshop,the new planning model and solution algorithm were proposed so as to fit into changing requirements of digital manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing.By taking the planning principle of process logistics in discrete workshop as the object,an implementation architecture was put forward based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID).Furthermore,some of key enabling technologies which included Internet of manufacturing things,process logistics planning and topological configuration for process logistics network were studied in detail,and the realization of process logistics planning based on Browser/Server (B/S) architecture was given.The feasibility of proposed method was verified preliminarily with a developed prototype system.
