多级库存网络的射频辨识定量在制品法控制策略设计

摘要: 为了验证无线射频识别使能的定量在制品法控制策略的性能,基于无线射频识别技术的实时性及可视性特点,借鉴单工厂多阶段生产系统定量在制品法控制策略的实现机制,设计了供应链分销网络多级库存系统无线射频识别使能的定量在制品法控制策略,采用面向对象技术开发了系统仿真平台,以供应链分销网络四级库存系统为例,分别在单产品及多产品需求情况下,通过仿真方法将其与基于无线射频识别的经典供应链库存控制策略进行对比,验证了无线射频识别使能的定量在制品法控制策略的正确性和优越性。

Abstract: To verify the performance of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-enabled Constant Work in Process (CONWP) control strategy,based on real-time and visuality of RFID,the control strategy for RFID-enabled CONWP of multi-echelon inventory systems in supply chain was designed,and the simulation platform was developed oriented to object technology.A four-echelon supply chain inventory system was taken as an example,and the strategy was compared with the classical inventory control strategies based on RFID by simulation method.The results showed that the strategy was correct and superior.
